March Madness 2012 - Sweet Sixteen

This is absolutely crazy.  Of the sixteen books that have survived to Round 3, six of them are from the realm Classic Literature.  To me, this is the equivalent of a team of old timers taking on the up and coming ball players, the ones always in the media hype.  Well, the old timers are blowing away the competition.  These are my heavy weights.  Who are you voting for this week.  Any predictions....  I still think that Room by Emma Donoghue will continue to do well, though with these heavy weights in the line up, they will certainly give it a run for the title.

Click the high lighted titles to be taken to HarperCollins Browse Inside for each book.  Thanks to HarperCollins for the use of the cover images.

To Kill a Mocking Bird by Harper Lee

Death on the Nile by Agatha Christie
Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson
Charlotte's Web by E.B. White
Prince Caspian by C.S. Lewis
