I am going to guess Charlotte if it is a girl, and James if it is a boy.
A girl - Victoria Elizabeth or some such combination wherein one or both of these names is included.
A boy - Richard Charles William, or, again, some combination including at least one of these names.
I think Kate will step out of the box just a bit and go with William Rufus or Matilda Anne.
I think for a girl, Diana will be in the name, and for a boy, I think like Tami, that William will be in there too.
