This week's challenge was posed by Maria at Daisy's Book Journal. We were to draw a tangle that started with all the same letters as our first name. I used a 3 1/2 inch square of mixed media weight paper
H - hopscotch
E - echoism
A - arrowheads
T - tinker
H - hurry
E - emingle
R - reticulated
Our next challenge is posed by Elaine. As she doesn't have a blog, I'll post it here . "Hearts or multiple Hearts"
Brenda, at Tangling with Brenda (my local Zentangle teacher) reminded me that Laura at I am the Diva hosts a weekly Zentangle challenge that is open to all.

Very nice, Heather! A few new patterns for me to explore. I especially love the loopy pattern on the left. I'll have to look that one up for sure.
For some reason I'm not a huge fan of doing the "coloured in" ones. It's not that I don't like the solid black (I love it, in fact). It's just that it takes such a long time to colour in all of those spots. I guess I'm lazy. Good for you for doing one.
Do we know what next week's challenge is yet?
Beautiful tangle! I think it's interesting that we chose one of the same patterns (upper right corner of your tangle) but call it by different names. Just goes to show how individual Zentangling can be.
Can't wait to hear the next challenge!
