All is well. Had a lovely dinner break with the family and am ready to get back to it. Am over half-way through Spin. Totally enjoying it. I can't believe how fast the last three hours went. I was able to read about 2 1/4 hours.

Ok! and there are 5 hour difference, not 4, with Ireland. I always get confused...
